Objective:
To design and develop an impactful website that positions Yellow Jacket Enterprises as a credible, mission-driven real estate startup. The goal was to attract corporate sponsors, investors, and community partners while showcasing their commitment to affordable housing and community development.

The Challenge
Creating a polished, investment-ready website for a development firm without a library of real-world project photos posed a unique challenge. The client needed to convey credibility, community impact, and visual ambition from day one, without relying on overused stock photography or incomplete project shots.
One of the biggest hurdles was the lack of high-quality, authentic stock images of African Americans and other diverse communities in real estate and development settings. Finding inclusive, professional imagery that reflected the company’s leadership, mission, and audience proved nearly impossible through traditional stock libraries.
With no existing online presence, Yellow Jacket Enterprises needed a complete brand and website built from the ground up. The goal was to create a site that could:
