The answer was to create a targeted multi-tactical media approach to build brand awareness. This included collateral materials, social media, print, mocking up merch for the youth to learn apparel design and a total revamp of how they communicated with the Youth of Philadelphia. These solutions focus on youth involvement, compelling storytelling, a robust digital presence, and diversified funding and partnerships to enhance YEAH Philly’s branding efforts and support its mission and long-term growth. Customizing these solutions to fit the organization’s unique context and needs is crucial for success.
